SERVICES

As your Cross-Connection Specialist I will provide the following services for you and your customers:

• Monthly Notices to Test will be mailed

• Follow-up Second and Final notices will be sent

• Notices to install devices will be sent

• Test results will be collected

• Testers credentials will be tracked and recorded as required by Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR)

• A list of certified testers will be maintained on this web-site

• A test form will be maintained on this web-site 

• Hazard assessments of individual locations will be conducted upon request

• Random surveys of the water system will be conducted and recommendations made

• I will prepare the annual stats for the Office of Drinking Water

• I will maintain the necessary Cross-Connection Specialist credentials and continuing education units as necessary

• Three year record retention will be maintained as required by Title 17 of the CCR.
